Sessions explore the stories of Paul and other friends from Acts and use a nautical theme to help children sail the sometimes smooth, sometimes stormy seas of faith. They will learn that becoming a disciple of Jesus and sharing good news in the world is a challenge that requires commitment and courage and often leads to change. Each half-day session uses Bible stories, drama, music, games, snacks, and crafts. The songs on the accompanying music CD enhance the themes and content of each session.The kit also includes: a large colouring poster, a full-colour promotional poster, 25 colour postcards to help your congregation spread the word about your program, and an 8-page leaflet of additional activities and resources for leaders.
