Mandate: United for God's Mission

Mandate is a quarterly magazine for United Church congregational leaders, both lay and order of ministry. Mandate provides tools for use in all areas of congregational life, including spiritual growth and discipleship formation, justice and advocacy, worship, stewardship, outreach, and Mission and Service Fund awareness.

The 50th anniversary of United Church Women is the cover story of this issue, which includes three reflections about what it means to be UCW today, and a photo gallery. Also in this issue are a minister's reflections on his Lenten journey through cancer and a workshop on starting a youth-led community outreach.
